Vision Screening for children in Reception class

Please see the letter and information leaflet below regarding vision screening for children in Miss Elsender's Reception class. Paper copies of the letter and leaflet will also be sent home to parents/carers of children in Reception class. If you have any questions about the vision screening, please contact the Vision Screening Service on 0191 282 4434. 

You only need to complete and return the form on the letter if you do not wish your child to take part in the vision screen OR if they already attend the eye department at Newcastle Hospitals.
